In addition to the checklists, top-five lists and other resources on this site, I'm going to be offering up some general articles on all aspects of tenancies. I call this section the Tenant Master Class, because the articles will vary from general to some unique and specific areas of the renter's life. Just as a responsible homeowner has duties, responsibilities, and a requirement to educate himself/herself on the property ownership process and lifestyle, so to does a renter with respect to their rental property.
